Clones Offered: YPF19 Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunised with purified F1 antigen from Y. pestis vaccine strain EB.  

Specificity: Y. pestis MAb YPF19 reacts with capsule-bearing strains of Y. pestis only.  

Applications: Detection of Y. pestis in ELISA and Western blotting. MAb works in immunohistochemistry.  

Purity: Chromatography on protein G Sepharose  

Presentation: PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)
