MoAb Isotype: IgG2a for MAb 3C10  

Clones Offered: 3C10 Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunised with purified bovine rotavirus, cell culture adapted strain MR.  

Specificity: p42 inner-capsid antigen MAb 3C10 reacts with rotavirus p42 antigen. MAb 3C10 cross-reacts with monkey rotavirus (SA-11), porcine rotavirus (PP) and human rotaviruses (field strains).  

Applications: Detection of rotaviruses. MAb 3C10 is working in Western blotting and in lateral flow.  

Purity: Chromatography on protein A Sepharose  

Presentation: PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)
