Clones Offered: 5G7, 8H7 Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunised with canine parvovirus.  

Specificity: Canine parvovirus  

Applications: MAbs are working in ELISA, immunodiffusion, haemagglutinin inhibition and lateral flow. Recommended pair for sandwich immunoassay (coating - conjugate): 5G7 - 8H7.  

Purity: Chromatography on protein A Sepharose  

Presentation: PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)
