MoAb Isotype: IgG1 for MAb 9F7 IgG2a for MAbs 11F12, 13H3, 9C6, 1C10, 8H2 IgM for MAb2H4  

Clones Offered: 9F7, 11F12, 13H3, 9C6, 1C10 New MAbs: 2H4, 8H2 Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunised with Newcastle disease virus (La-sota strain).  

Specificity: Viral glycoprotein hemagglutinin-neuraminidase  

Applications: ELISA and hemagglutinin inhibition test (not MAb 8H2). MAbs 2H4 and 8H2 are recommended as coating antibodies and MAbs 9F7, 11F12 and 11C10 as conjugate antibodies in sandwich immunoassay.  

Purity: Chromatography on protein G Sepharose  

Presentation: PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)
