Clones Offered: 2/3, IB42, IB633 New MAbs: InB12, InB27, InB36, InB64, InB114, InB204, InB210, InB213 Hybridoma clone 2/3 has been derived from hybridization of Px myeloma cells with spleen cells of SJL/J mice immunized with purified influenza virus type B strain B/Beijing/184/93. All other hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with purified influenza virus type B (strain B/Tokio/53/99 for clone IB42 and strain B/Tokio/53/99 for clone IB633).  

Specificity: Nucleoprotein of influenza virus type B.  

Applications: All MAbs can be used in Western blotting. All MAbs (except MAb IB633) are working in ELISA. Recommended pairs for Influenza B NP sandwich immunoassay (coating – conjugate): InB12 – InB27, InB12 – InB64, InB36 – InB64. MAb 2/3 can also be used in indirect immunofluorescence.  

Purity: Chromatography on protein G Sepharose for MAbs 2/3, IB42, IB633. Chromatography on protein A Sepharose for MAbs InB12, InB27, InB36, InB64, InB114, InB204, InB210, InB213.
