Specificity: MAbs react with hemaglutinin H5 in hemagluttinin inhibition (HI) test  

Applications: MAbs 8D2, 11A9, 15A6, 18D5, 19C11 can be used in haemagglutinin inhibition (HI) test, ELISA and dot blot. MAbs 6C8, 7E6, 1C7, 6B4, 9B3 can be used in haemagglutinin inhibition (HI) test and ELISA. MAbs 2D1, 7D5, 1B4 can be used in ELISA. Recommended pairs for sandwich immunoassay (coating – conjugate): 1B4 – 1C7, 1B4 – 15A6, 1B4 – 19C11
