Clones Offered: C102 Hybridoma clone C102 has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with purified influenza virus type A strain H1N1.  

Specificity: Influenza virus type A, haemagglutinin of H1N1 serotype.  

Applications: Detection and serotyping of influenza virus type A. MAbs can be used for immunocytochemistry, haemagglutinin inhibition, ELISA and immunofluoresence.  

Purity: Chromatography on protein G Sepharose  

Presentation: PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)
