Clones Offered: 718-15, 718-67, 718-238 Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with HPV oncoprotein E7, type 18.  

Specificity: MAbs do not cross-react with E7 protein of HPV type 16.  

Applications: Antibodies are working in ELISA and Western Blotting. Recommended pairs for sandwich immunoassay (coating - conjugate): 718-15 or 718-67 - 718-238.
