MoAb Isotype: IgG1 for MAb G2D11 IgG2a for MAb PG10  

Clones Offered: PG10, G2D11 Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with lysate of virus-infected cells (MAb PG10) or synthetic peptide conjugated with hsp70 (MAb G2D11).  

Specificity: MAb PG10 is specific for Puumala strain without cross reactivity with Dobrava, Hanta and Seoul strains. MAb G2D11 is specific for protein G2.  

Applications: MAb G2D11 is working in Western blotting, MAb PG10 has virus neutralizing activity.  

Purity: Chromatography on protein G Sepharose
