MoAb Isotype: IgG1 for all MAbs  

Clones Offered: KBB18, KBB36, KBB27 Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with C. botulinum B toxoid.  

Specificity: C. botulinum B toxoid. For cross-reactivity with A and E toxoids in indirect ELISA see the printable version. There is no cross-reactivity with A and E toxoids in sandwich ELISA.  

Applications: MAbs recognize C. botulinum B toxoid in sandwich ELISA. MAbs KBB27 and KBB36 are suitable for coating, and MAb KBB18 is suitable for conjugation.  

Purity: Chromatography on protein G Sepharose  

Presentation: PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)
