MoAb Isotype: IgG1 for MAbs Bx85, Bx88 and BrF11 IgG2a for MAbs BA35, BrH1 and BrG11  

Clones Offered: BA35, Bx85, Bx88, BrH1, BrF11, BrG11  

Specificity: MAb BA35 is reacting with 29 and 12 kD proteins in Western blotting, MAbs Bx85 and Bx88 are reacting with LPS of Brucella abortus, MAb BrH1 is reacting with BSCP31 and MAbs BrF11 and BrG11 are reacting with intact Brucella-cells.  

Applications: Detection of antigen of Brucella abortus in ELISA. Recommended pair for sandwich immunoassay (coating - conjugate): Bx85 - Bx88 MAbs BA35, BrH1, BrF11 and BrG11 are working in Western blotting.  

Purity: Chromatography on protein G Sepharose
