MoAb Isotype: IgG1 for MAbs C3, BAP0105 and BAP0106 IgG2b for MAbs BAP0101, BAP0102, BAP0103 and BAP0104  

Clones Offered: C3, BAP0101, BAP0102, BAP0103, BAP0104, BAP0105, BAP0106 Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with highly purified protective antigen of Bacillus anthracis.  

Specificity: Protective antigen of Bacillus anthracis. MAbs are not cross-reacting with lethal factor antigen of B. anthracis, Y. Pestis, F. Tularensis, Toxoplasma gondii.  

Applications: Detection of protective antigen of B. anthracis. MAbs are working in ELISA. Recommended pairs (coating-conjugate): C3 - BAP0102 C3 - BAP0103 Best recommended pair: BAP0105 - BAP0106  

Purity: MAbs BAP0101, BAP0102, BAP0103, BAP0104, BAP0105 and BAP0106 are purified by chromatography on protein G Sepharose. MAb C3 is purified by chromatography on protein A Sepharose.  

Presentation: PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)
