Product Information CD5, antibody. Description: CD5, antibody. MoAb Isotype: IgG1 for MAb LT1 Clones Offered: LT1 Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of X63.653 myeloma with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunised with normal human blood lymphocytes. Specificity: MAb LT1 reacts with CD5 antigen (MW 67 kDa). MAb LT1 completely cross-blocks binding of MAbs Leu 1 and OKT1. Working dilution 1:5000. Applications: MAb can be used to enumerate T cells and classify cases of lymphoma. Presentation: PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3) Shipping Conditions: + 4 °C Comments: CD5 is present on the majority of human T cells. This antigen is also found on the neoplastic cells in all cases of B cell chronic lymphocytic leukaemia, but is not present on normal B cells or on other cell populations. This product is sold as an antibody preparation for research use only. Standard Laboratory Practices should be followed when handling this material. Contains sodium azide (0.1 %) as preservative.
