Description: CD21, antibody.  

MoAb Isotype: IgG1 for MAb LT21  

Clones Offered: LT21 Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of X63.653 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with normal human lymphocytes from lymph node.  

Specificity: MAb LT21 reacts with CD21 antigen (MW 140 kDa). The CD21 molecule is the receptor for C3d and also for EBV. Working dilution 1:1000.  

Applications: MAb can be used to enumerate human B cells and classify cases of lymphoma.  

Presentation: PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)

Comments: CD21 is found on the most part of human B cells. CD21 is present on 9 +/- 7 % normal peripheral blood lymphocytes. This product is sold as an antibody preparation for research use only. Standard Laboratory Practices should be followed when handling this material. Contains sodium azide (0.1 %) as preservative.
