Description: Lambda Light Chains antibody.  

MoAb Isotype: IgG2a for MAb 2G9  

Clones Offered: 2G9 Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunised with mixture of light chains of human immunoglobulin.  

Specificity: Specific for independent constantly expressed epitope of lambda chain. Reacts with free and heavy chain-associated lambda chains. Specific antibody titer is 1/100 000 by indirect ELISA.  

Applications: Detection of lambda-chains or lambda-immunoglobulin in ELISA. MAb 2G9 can be used for coating and as conjugate. MAb 2G9 can be used for immunohistochemistry on cryostat or paraffine-embedded sections.  

Purity: Chromatography on protein A Sepharose  

Presentation: PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)
