Description: Lambda free Light Chains antibody.  

MoAb Isotype: IgG2a for MAb 3D12  

Clones Offered: 3D12 Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunised with mixture of light chains of human immunoglobulin.  

Specificity: Specific for independent constantly expressed epitope of lambda chain. Reacts with monomer and dimer forms of free lambda chains but not with lambda chain-bearing immunoglobulins. Specific antibody titer is 1/100 000 by indirect ELISA.  

Applications: Detection of lambda Bence-Jones proteins in ELISA. MAb 3D12 can be used for coating and as conjugate. MAb 3D12 can be used for immunoaffinity purification of light chains. MAb 3D12 works in immunoblotting.  

Purity: Chromatography on protein A Sepharose  

Presentation: PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)
