Description: Kappa Light Chains antibody.  

MoAb Isotype: IgG2a for MAb 4G7  

Clones Offered: 4G7 Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunised with mixture of light chains of human immunoglobulin.  

Specificity: Specific for independent constantly expressed epitope of kappa chain. Reacts with free and heavy chain-associated kappa chains. Specific antibody titer is 1/100 000 by indirect ELISA  

Applications: Detection of kappa-chains or kappa-immunoglobulin in ELISA. MAb 4G7 can be used for coating and as conjugate. MAb 4G7 can be used for immunohistochemistry on cryostat or paraffine-embedded sections.  

Purity: Chromatography on protein A Sepharose  

Presentation: PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)
