Description: IgG3 antibody.  

MoAb Isotype: IgG1 for MAb 5G12  

Clones Offered: 5G12 Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunised with IgG3 from human serum.  

Specificity: Subclass-specific for human IgG3. No allotype restriction. Hinge-region specific. Specific antibody titer is 1/300 000 by indirect ELISA.  

Applications: Detection of total IgG3 level in ELISA. MAb 5G12 can be used for coating and as conjugate.  

Purity: Chromatography on protein A Sepharose  

Presentation: PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)
