MoAb Isotype: IgG1 for MAb 2C11  

Clones Offered: 2C11 Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with IgG from human serum.  

Specificity: Subclass-specific for human IgG1. No allotype restriction. Fc - region specific. Specific antibody titer is 1/300 000 by indirect ELISA  

Applications: Detection of IgG1 antibodies in ELISA. MAb 2C11 can be used for coating and as conjugate. MAb 2C11 works in immunohistochemistry on cytostat sections.  

Purity: Chromatography on protein G Sepharose  

Presentation: PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)
