Clones Offered: 7B9, 12G3, 1A2 Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with human TnC.  

Specificity: Human TnC  

Applications: TnC immunoassay and immunoaffinity purification. All MAbs work in Western blotting. Best pair for TnC sandwich immunoassay (coating – conjugate): 1A2 – 7B9 MAbs can be used in high sensitivity cTnI sandwich immunoassay in pairs with antibodies specific to human cTnI (Cat.# 4T21) and Tn complex (Cat.# 4TC2). Best pairs for Tn complex sandwich immunoassay (coating – conjugate): Tcom8 (cat #4TC2) – 7B9
