Clones Offered: 13D5, 13H4, 15A10, 16C5, 19E2, 13C3 Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with human TAFI.  

Specificity: Human TAFI  

Applications: TAFI immunoassay, TAFI immunoaffinity purification. All MAbs are working in ELISA. MAbs 13H4, 16C5 and 19E2 are working in Western blotting. Recommended pairs for sandwich immunoassay: (coating - conjugate): 13D5 - 19E2 (best pair) 13D5 - 13H4 15A10 - 13H4 15A10 - 19E2 16C5 - 13D5
