MoAb Isotype: IgG1, kappa for all MAbs  

Clones Offered: 2B8, 1A1, 1C6 Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with purified lactoferrin from human milk.  

Specificity: Human lactoferrin MAbs 1A1 and 1C6 are not cross reacting with human transferrin, but MAb 2B8 cross-reacts weakly with human transferrin.  

Applications: Detection of lactoferrin. Recommended pairs for sandwich immunoassay (coating - conjugate): 2B8 - 1A1, 2B8 - 1C6 All MAbs are working in Western blotting.  

Purity: Chromatography on protein G Sepharose  

Presentation: PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)
