MoAb Isotype: IgG1 for MAbs C10F5 and AB5 IgG2a for MAbs AE3  

Clones Offered: C10F5, AE3, AB5 Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of X63.Ag8.653 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with recombinant human interferon alpha-A.  

Specificity: MAb C10F5 recognizes common epitopes of alpha-A, -F, -D, -I1, -P human interferon subtypes. MAb C10F5 reacts with different antigenic epitope, than NK-2.YOK MAb (Celltech). Kd = 2.4 x 10 -10 M.  

Applications: MAb C10F5 can be used for the detection of recombinant alpha-A, -F, - D, I1, -P interferon subtypes in two-site immunoassay and in affinity purification of recombinant interferons of alpha-A, -F, -D. MAbs AE3 and AB5 can be used in ELISA and in Western blotting. The recommended pair for sandwich immunoassay (coating - conjugate): AE3 - AB5 (detection limit 5 pg/ml).
