Clones Offered: RB42, RB45, RB48, RB49, RB51, RB55 Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with human recombinant RBP4.  

Specificity: Human plasma RBP4. All MAbs recognise free RBP4 and RBP4 in complex with transthyretin. All MAbs react with apo- as well as holo-RBP4.  

Applications: RBP4 immunoassay. All MAbs recognize plasma RBP4 in sandwich immunoassay. All MAbs react with plasma RBP4 in Western blotting after SDS-PAGE in reducing conditions. Recommended pairs for BNP sandwich immunoassay (coating – conjugate): RB48 - RB42 RB48 - RB49 RB48 - RB51 RB55 - RB45 All pairs recognize with high sensitivity the antigen in human plasma.
