Clones Offered: 1F3, 6G12, 15E11, 15H12, 27C8, 40F11, 41D9 Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with fibrin degradation products.  

Specificity: Human fibrinogen and fibrin degradation products.  

Applications: Fibrinogen immunoassay. MAbs are working in ELISA and Western blotting. Recommended pairs for sandwich immunoassay (coating - conjugate): 1F3 - 27C8 40F11 - 1F3  

Purity: Chromatography on protein A Sepharose  

Presentation: PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)
