MoAb Isotype: IgG1 for MAbs 5D5, 4H9  

Clones Offered: 5D5, 4H9 Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with corticoliberin, conjugated with bovine serum albumin.  

Specificity: Human corticoliberin. MAb 4H9 reacts with human corticoliberin with Kd=1,3x10-9 M (native) and 1,8x10-10 M (denaturated). MAb 5D5 reacts with human corticoliberin with Kd=3,6x10-10 M (native) and 1,1x10-10 M (denaturated).  

Applications: Detection of corticoliberin.  

Purity: Chromatography on protein G Sepharose  

Presentation: PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)
