Clones Offered: 30B4 New MAbs: 1H4, 2A3, 2B10, 10A6 Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with recombinant human soluble CD40 Ligand / TRAP Analog conjugates with BSA.  

Specificity: Human recombinant sCD40L  

Applications: Human sCD40L immunoassay. All MAbs work in enzyme immunoassays. MAbs can be used for detection of human sCD40L in serum. All MAbs work in Western blotting, but for best sensitivity we recommend MAbs 2B10 and 30B4. Recommended pairs for sandwich immunoassay for detection of native sCD40L in human serum (coating - conjugate): 1H4 - 2A3 10A6 - 2A3 30B4 - 2A3
