Specificity: Human calcitonin and procalcitonin  

Applications: Detection of human calcitonin in ELISA. All MAbs can also be used for procalcitonin detection in Western blotting after SDS-electrophoresis in reducing conditions. Recommended pairs for sandwich immunoassay (coating - conjugate) : 13B9 - 13F2, 24B2 - 13B9
