MoAb Isotype: IgG1 for MAbs 2G9, 24C5, 50E1, 26E2 IgG2a for MAbs 41A6, 43B12, 57H3, 50B7 Clones Offered: 24C5, 26E2, 2G9, 50E1, 50B7, 57H3 , 41A6, 43B12 Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with human synthetic BNP (whole molecule) or synthetic BNP peptide 11FGRKMDRISSSS22 (for MAbs 24C5 and 26E2) conjugated with carrier protein. Specificity: Human BNP and proBNP. Applications: BNP and proBNP immunoassay. All MAbs recognize BNP and proBNP in sandwich immunoassay. MAbs 2G9, 24C5, 26E2, 50E1, 50B7, 57H3 and 43B12 react with proBNP and BNP in Western blotting. Recommended pairs for BNP sandwich immunoassay (coating - conjugate): 50E1 - 24C5, 50E1 - 26E2, 24C5 - 50B7, 24C5 - 57H3 Sensitivity of the pair 50E1 - 24C5 is better than 1 pg/ml (synthetic BNP, Bachem). All pairs recognize with high sensitivity the antigen in plasma samples of patients with heart failure. MAb 50E1 can be used for proBNP detection in pairs with anti-NTproBNP MAbs 16F3 or 18H5 (Cat.# 4NT1).
