MoAb Isotype: IgG1 for MAb 1E5  

Clones Offered: 1E5 Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with purified ADH from human liver.  

Specificity: Human ADH MAb 1E5 reacts with ADH with Kd=2x10-10 M. MAb 1E5 does not influence the oxidoreductase activity. MAb 1E5 does not cross-react with ADH from rat and rabbit.  

Applications: Immunocytochemistry analysis of hepatocyte differentiation.  

Purity: Chromatography on protein G Sepharose  

Presentation: PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)
