Clones Offered: D6C4, D3E7  

Specificity: MAbs D6C4 and D3E7 directed to different antigenic determinants. Kd for MAb D6C4 is 8.1 x 10-8 M. Kd for MAb D3E7 is 6.3 x 10-8 M. MAb D6C4 and D3E7 cross-react with human, bovine and porcine insulin and proinsulin.  

Applications: Detection of rat-mouse insulin/proinsulin in two-site enzyme immunoassay. Recommend pair (coating - conjugate): D6C4 - D3E7. Antibodies D6C4 and D3E7 can be used in immunohistochemistry on frozen sections.
