MoAb Isotype: IgG1 for MAbs Gh29, GhG2 and GhB9  

Clones Offered: Gh29, GhG2, GhB9 Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of X63-Ag8-653 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with purified recombinant hGH.  

Specificity: hGH Gh29 reacts with recombinant and natural hGH with Kd=10-9 M. There is no cross-reactivity with HPRL, FSH, LH and insulin. Specific antibody titer is 1:1 000 000 in indirect ELISA.  

Applications: Detection of hGH. Recommended pair for sandwich immunoassay (capture - conjugate): GhG2 - GhB9 (detection limit 50 pg/ml).  

Purity: Chromatography on protein G Sepharose  

Presentation: PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)
