Clones Offered: PhC2, PhC12 Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with phycocyanin.  

Specificity: Phycocyanin from blue-green algae.  

Applications: Detection of phycocyanin in ELISA, sandwich immunoassay. Phycocyanin is widely used in food industry and cosmetics for colouring. Therefore Mabs for phycocyanin can be used for phycocyanin detection in food and cosmetic products. Recommended pair for sandwich immunoassay (coating – conjugate) : PhC2 - PhC12
