Applications: Immunological and biochemical studies.  

Presentation: Lyophilized from 0.01 M HCl. Product is recommended to reconstitute with urea/Tris buffer, pH 7.5 (7 M urea, 5 mM EDTA, 15 mM mercaptoethanol, 20 mM Tris). Solubility is limited at neutral pH and physiological salt concentration.  

Shipping Conditions: - 20 °C in lyophilised form. After reconstitution the solution should be stored at -20 °C.  

Source: Rat heart tissue.  

Analysis: Purity > 98 % (SDS-PAGE). Immunological activity confirmed by reaction with monoclonal antibody that is specific for the troponin I cardiac isoform in immunoblotting.
