Presentation: 50 mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.5, 0.15 M KCl, 5 mM CaCl2, 15 mM ß-mercapthoethanol.

Source: TnI, TnT and TnC purified from human heart tissue. Blood sample from the tissue donors was tested and found negative for HBsAg, HIV-1 and HIV-2 antibodies, HCV, and syphilis.  

Analysis: Tn I-T-C complex was formed by combining human cTnT, human cTnI and human cTnC in a molar ratio 1:1:1. Complex completeness was controlled in sandwich fluoroimmunoassay, using MAbs specific for free TnI only, and MAbs reacting only with the whole complex.  

Comments: Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. It is recommended to aliquot the product after the first thawing.
